Everything you need to know about our schedules, fees, enrolment and registration policies before joining Words & Wonder.
1Weekly Schedule
Words & Wonder operates four days a week, from Monday to Thursday.
Each reading group follows a fixed weekly session time according to its age category.
Younger Reading Groups
- Girls aged 7–9
- Boys aged 7–9
- Girls aged 10–12
- Boys aged 10–12
- Girls aged 13–15
Session time: 4:45 pm – 6:00 pm
Older Reading Groups
- Boys aged 13–15
- Girls aged 16–18
Session time: 6:15 pm – 7:30 pm
Sessions take place once a week, with each group following its assigned day and fixed time. Parents may indicate their preferred day during registration. While we will take these preferences into consideration when organising the timetable, final group schedules will be confirmed by Words & Wonder.

Group timetable by age
Each group meets once weekly on its fixed day. Parents may indicate a preferred day; final schedules are confirmed by Words & Wonder.
Monthly Fees & Place Reservation
Monthly programme fee: 2,300 EGP per reader.
To secure a place in a reading group, an upfront reservation payment of 1,000 EGP is required at registration.
This payment:
- Confirms your intention to enrol.
- Reserves your child’s place in their selected reading group.
- Is deducted in full from the first month’s programme fee.
The remaining balance for the first month will therefore be 1,300 EGP.
From the second month onwards, the regular monthly fee of 2,300 EGP applies.
3Registration & Enrolment Policy
A place in a reading group is considered secured only once the 1,000 EGP reservation payment has been received.
We ask parents to make this payment before a place is confirmed because each group has limited spaces and requires advance preparation, resource allocation and programme planning.
Registration without payment does not guarantee or reserve a place.
4Cancellation & Refund Policy
The 1,000 EGP reservation payment is non-refundable once a place has been secured.
This policy reflects the time, planning and resources committed to preparing each reading group, including book selection, programme preparation and the allocation of limited spaces.
If a parent decides to withdraw after securing a place, the reservation payment will not be refunded.
Cancellations by Words & Wonder
In the event that Words & Wonder must cancel a scheduled session due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund will be issued to parents for the missed session.
We are committed to ensuring that parents are treated fairly while maintaining the consistency and quality of our programme.
5Timetable & Session Arrangements
Each reading group has an assigned weekly day and a fixed session time.
The session times are determined by the age category and are not individually adjustable. This allows us to maintain a consistent programme structure and ensure that each group receives its full scheduled session.
We will communicate the confirmed weekly timetable to parents once group arrangements have been finalised.
